Squeak! Roadmap lets you show which features you’re considering, which features you’re building, and what you’ve completed. It syncs with GitHub to allow users to share their feedback on GitHub (as the single source of truth), and presents this information on a website. It also allows lets users subscribe for updates on specifically features that are actively being developed.

Items added within the Squeak! Roadmap section can appear in different ways across a website:

Setting up a roadmap item

There are three stages of roadmap items:

  1. Under consideration
  2. In progress (under development)
  3. Completed

There’s a single form to enter this info, and depending on the fields you fill out, the item will display differently. Additionally, completed items can be marked as milestones to appear on the company timeline which highlights key events.
